Detailed Narrative
FY26 Performance Overview
Arham Technologies achieved a landmark FY26, reporting revenue from operations of ₹118.5 crores, representing a substantial 70% year-over-year growth. Profit After Tax (PAT) also saw significant improvement, reaching ₹12.2 crores, an increase of nearly 68% from ₹7.2 crores in the previous year. This performance demonstrates the effectiveness of the company's strategy focused on integrated manufacturing and brand building.
Strategic Initiatives & Brand Building
The company elevated its brand presence by appointing Vicky Kaushal as the brand ambassador for its Starshine consumer brand. This investment is already yielding early positive traction in brand recall and retail pull, particularly in tier two and tier three markets. Additionally, Arham secured Google EDLA certification with Android 14 for its IFPD displays, positioning Starshine as a credible B2B solution provider for enterprise and smart classroom markets.
Capacity Expansion & Backward Integration
Arham successfully raised ₹53.5 crores through a preferential allotment, with approximately ₹26-27 crores already deployed. These funds were used to acquire 6,350 square meters of land at EMC Nava Raipur for ₹52.39 lakhs, providing a significant cost advantage. This land will facilitate upcoming backward integration into molding, sheet metals, motors, and packaging, which is expected to materially improve margin profiles. A new facility, with an investment of approximately ₹40 crores, is targeted to begin production by January, enhancing in-house component manufacturing.
Market Expansion & Distribution Network
The company is actively expanding its market reach, targeting new regions like Gujarat, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, and Bihar, and strengthening its presence in North India. The distributor network grew from 70 to 80 distributors in FY26, with a target to reach 250 distributors by FY28. The strategy involves onboarding sales teams, lead generation campaigns leveraging the brand ambassador, and focusing on product quality and after-sales support to attract new dealers.
Financial Management & Margins
H2 FY26 experienced margin compression due to raw material volatility and a strategic decision to pass on some margins to expand the dealer and distributor network. The company's debtor days increased to approximately 113 days, primarily due to H2 expansion and peak season demand, but management aims to reduce this to below 90 days. The product mix for FY26 shifted, with televisions accounting for 65% (down from 70-75%), fans at 20%, and air coolers at 14%.
Future Outlook & Risks
Arham is targeting to cross ₹200 crores in revenue for FY27 and aims for 75% capacity utilization by FY28. Marketing spend is projected to be ₹7.5 crores in FY27 and ₹5-6 crores in FY28. The company acknowledges risks from geopolitics and government policies, particularly regarding dependence on China for components, which could disrupt business. However, they are confident in their ability to manage these factors and sustain growth.
