Atlantaa Limited undertakes Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of roads, highways and bridges, and has also built toll (BOT) road assets under NHAI/state PWD concessions through subsidiaries. It earns from EPC contract execution, toll collection on its BOT roads, and arbitration awards on completed projects, while a real estate arm develops residential and commercial projects, including a large under-construction residential project in Thane. The company operates with its own in-house fleet of construction equipment (excavators, pavers, batching/crushing/hot-mix plants, tippers, etc.) for project execution.
