inve.money is an AI-powered portfolio analysis platform that provides tools for concentration risk analysis, red flag detection, crash simulation, earnings call analysis, and related investment analytics for Indian stock market investors.

2. Not Investment Advice

The information and analysis provided by inve.money is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice.

inve.money is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment advisor, research analyst, or portfolio manager. We do not recommend the purchase, sale, or holding of any securities.

You should consult a qualified financial advisor or SEBI-registered investment advisor before making any investment decisions. All investment decisions are made at your own risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans (Pro and Premium). By subscribing:

• You agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed on our pricing page.
• Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway partner.
• Subscription fees are charged on a monthly recurring basis.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of a cancelled subscription.
• Your account will revert to the free plan after the billing period ends.

7. Broker Integration

Our Service integrates with third-party broker platforms through Account Aggregator frameworks.

• You authorize us to access your holdings data through these integrations.
• We do not execute trades on your behalf or access your trading account.
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party broker services.
• You may revoke broker access at any time from your account settings.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond permitted API limits
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials or subscription access with others
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the analysis or data provided

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, analysis algorithms, and functionality of the Service are owned by INVE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate analysis, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service. Stock prices, financial data, and AI-generated analysis may contain errors or delays.

11. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
