The company emerged from a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (concluded 12th May 2023 at NCLT, Principal Bench, New Delhi) and resumed commercial production in October 2024. It transacts on an ongoing basis with a network of related cotton-ginning and cotton-trading entities (including Manjeet Cotton Private Limited, Sukhmani Cotton Industries, Keshav Ginning & Pressing Factory, Manjeet Ginning Factory, Satyam Spinners Private Limited and Deegee Cotsyn Private Limited) for its raw material and related operations.
