What Eleganz Interior does

Eleganz Interiors provides end-to-end interior fit-out solutions for corporate and commercial spaces, operating through two verticals: Design & Build (D&B), a single-block turnkey model covering design, procurement, execution and handover, and General Contracting (GC), where the client appoints the designer and the company executes civil, mechanical, electrical and finishing work on an item-rate (BOQ) basis. It backward-integrates through its own Vasai, Maharashtra manufacturing facility, which produces flush doors, laminated sheets, pelmets, tables and storage units for its projects. The company also undertakes general contracting for large single orders such as airport renovation, and is expanding into data-centre turnkey projects and international markets (UAE, Singapore).
