What Ivalue Infosolutions Limited does
iValue Infosolutions is a value-added distributor (VAD) and technology solutions aggregator that sits between global OEM technology vendors, a network of system integrator (SI) partners, and enterprise end-customers across India and select neighbouring/Southeast Asian markets. Rather than simply reselling hardware or software licences, it curates multi-OEM solution stacks across cybersecurity, information lifecycle management (ILM), data-center infrastructure, and application lifecycle management/hybrid-cloud, and wraps them with presales solutioning, implementation, and managed services (including 24x7 SOC/NOC support). It earns by sourcing OEM products and allied software/support services and distributing them to enterprises through its SI ecosystem, with an in-house Centre of Excellence (CoE) and iAcademy training arm supporting technical delivery, and a meaningful part of its business structured as recurring annuity/renewal contracts rather than one-time sales.
