What Kataria Industries Limited does
Kataria Industries Limited manufactures and supplies Low Relaxation Pre-Stressed Concrete (LRPC) strands and steel wires, Post-Tensioning (PT) anchorage systems (anchor cones, anchor heads, wedges), HDPE Single Wall Corrugated (SWC) sheathing ducts and couplers, and aluminium conductors, used in roads, bridges & flyovers, metros, railways, high-rise buildings, atomic reactors, LNG tanks and power transmission & distribution lines. In October 2024 it acquired the Wire Division of Ratlam Wires Pvt. Ltd. on a slump/going-concern sale basis, adding spring steel wires, PC strand wires and galvanized/ungalvanized wires and extending its reach into automobile and railway applications. The company was incorporated in 2004 to make ingots, wires, pipes, tubes and plastic products, later demerging its plastic and wind-mill divisions in 2013 to focus on steel and infrastructure products.
