What Kewal Kiran Clothing Limited does

Kewal Kiran Clothing Limited is a Mumbai-headquartered branded apparel company that controls the full value chain in-house — design, manufacturing, branding and retail — rather than outsourcing production. It sells menswear, womenswear and kidswear (jeans, shirts, t-shirts, trousers and accessories) through a multi-brand portfolio, distributing via its own Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), large-format store (LFS) shelf space, multi-brand outlets (MBOs), e-commerce platforms, factory outlets and select export markets. It also holds a 50% equity stake in Kraus Casuals Private Limited, the owner of the women's denim and casualwear brand Kraus Jeans, acquired in 2024 to extend its play in women's fashion.
