Manufacturing runs across two API units in Derabassi, Punjab and a formulation plus capsule unit cluster in Barotiwala, Himachal Pradesh, with several facilities holding approvals from regulators including USFDA, EU-GMP, Japan's PMDA and Korea's KFDA. The company sells domestically and exports to more than 45 countries, with expanding focus on regulated markets such as Europe, Japan, Korea and China. In July 2025 (after FY25 year-end), the board approved a slump sale of the company's API/formulations business to Ceph Lifesciences Private Limited, along with a separate sale of its menthol business assets.
