What Oil Country does

Oil Country Tubular Limited (OCTL) manufactures Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) — drill pipes, heavy-weight drill pipes, drill collars, casing, tubing and related connections — supplying orders won through tenders floated by ONGC, OIL India and other exploration customers, under API licences at its integrated facility. Alongside OCTG products, it earns from OCTG product-related services. In FY2024-25 it commenced an Engineering Division offering precision machining services, executing its first order for Midhani (a Defence PSU), as part of a push to diversify into Defence, Aerospace, Power and Railways sectors.
