Rossell Techsys Q4 FY26

Revenue ₹485 cr +87%EBITDA ₹66 cr +74%PBT ₹28 cr +180%

What went well

  • Revenue for FY26 grew 87% YoY to INR 485 crores, significantly exceeding guided milestones.
  • Profit before tax for FY26 more than doubled to INR 28 crores, and EBITDA expanded sharply to INR 66 crores.
  • The company's total confirmed order bookings stand at INR 715 crores, supported by strategic agreements aggregating INR 3,000 crores, providing strong revenue visibility.

What to watch

  • Margins were sequentially weaker and lower than guided in FY26 due to significant investments in capacity, people, inventory, and new market entries.
  • Debt has been increasing, necessitating a fundraise (QIP) to strengthen the balance sheet and support accelerated growth.

  • Full Year Revenue Growth delivered said Q1 FY26 Promised: significant multi-fold increase in our revenue Q4 FY26: Achieved full year revenue of 485 cr, an 87% YoY growth. While not 'multi-fold', this represents a massive and significant increase, fulfilling the spirit of the promise.
  • EBITDA / Profit Margin missed said Q1 FY26 Promised: EBITDA anywhere in the range of 18% to 22% (short term) Q4 FY26: FY26 EBITDA margin was 13.6% (66 cr / 485 cr), missing the guided range. Management blames investments and reiterates the 17-22% target for FY27.
  • QIP Closure delayed said Q2 FY26 Promised: intent of the company by end of December, that the QIP process is completed Q4 FY26: QIP still not closed. Management states they are 'actively pursuing the fundraising initiatives' and have specified a quantum of 7-10% of market cap.
