What TCC Concept Limited does

TCC Concept Limited is a diversified holding company that has evolved from a legacy commercial real-estate (PropTech) business into a multi-vertical platform spanning AI-led real estate and workspace software, data-centre and cloud infrastructure, and consumer commerce. It earns through a mix of subscription/SaaS fees (TryThat.ai), B2B zero-brokerage workspace engagements (Brantford), colocation/hosting revenue from its own data centre (NESDATA), private-cloud device and deployment sales (MyFlopy), and marketplace commissions, private-label sales, B2B bulk-procurement and value-added services (assisted buying, installation) from its omnichannel furniture platform Pepperfry, fulfilled by its own big-box logistics arm Pepcart. In FY26 the company acquired a controlling stake (~98.98%) in Pepperfry, bringing a scaled, studio-backed furniture and home-decor marketplace into the group.
