What Vakrangee Limited does

Vakrangee runs a pan-India franchisee network of "Vakrangee Kendra" convenience-store outlets that act as banking correspondent points, White Label ATM sites and assisted service counters for insurance, e-governance, e-commerce, healthcare and bill-payment/recharge services, monetised through commissions and transaction fees. It supplements this physical network with the BharatEasy mobile super-app for online-to-offline commerce. In FY2024-25 it acquired a majority stake in Vortex Engineering, an IIT-Madras-incubated manufacturer of low-power ATMs and multi-vendor ATM-management software, giving it backward integration into ATM hardware and the "Perfo" software product.
