What Vindhya Telelinks Limited does

Vindhya Telelinks Limited (VTL) operates in two businesses: manufacturing a diversified range of cables (optical fibre, copper, specialty power, railway rolling-stock and E-Beam-processed solar PV cables) at its own plants, and executing Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) projects for government and utility clients across power distribution, rural piped-water supply (including the Jal Jeevan Mission), telecom and irrigation infrastructure. It also owns and monetises a large neutral (IP-1) passive optical-fibre network laid across India. Its Rolling Stock Cables are manufactured under a technology-license (Radox) tie-up with HUBER+SUHNER AG of Switzerland.
