What W S Industries (I) Limited does

Originally incorporated with manufacturing as its main object, W S Industries (India) Limited has, under its post-2022 management, diversified into infrastructure development, EPC contracting and IT/ITES-enabled services as its principal line of business. It executes public-sector works such as an integrated bus terminal and multi-utility facility centre, a rural water-supply scheme under the Jal Jeevan Mission, and a rail-over bridge. The company has also acquired a large land parcel near Chennai to develop an industrial park, and has entered a joint venture with the Prestige Group to develop an IT/ITES park on an adjoining site.
