Detailed narrative
Macro Financing Environment and Underwriting Stance
The digital asset ecosystem saw muted financing demand during Q2 FY26 as market participants prioritized liquidity management, operational efficiency, and conservative capital allocation. Antalpha responded by intentionally restricting capital deployment rather than pursuing aggressive loan volume growth. The company maintained its record of zero principal loss since inception across diverse market cycles.
Management reiterated that its risk framework relies on over-collateralization, active collateral monitoring, and direct control wallet mechanisms for mining borrowers.
Antalpha Prime Operating and Financial Profile
Flagship platform Antalpha Prime contributed all $12.2 million of consolidated revenue for the quarter and operated profitably on a standalone GAAP basis. Standalone adjusted EBITDA loss was $3.3 million, which included a $3.9 million fair value loss on Prime XAUE holdings; excluding this mark, Prime generated $0.6 million of adjusted EBITDA (5% margin), down from $4.0 million (24% margin) in Q2 FY25.
Technology financing fees fell 40% YoY to $7.7 million due to lower loan balances, while platform fees rose 10% YoY to $4.5 million.
Aurelion Asset Backing and Fair Value Fluctuations
Aurelion produced a $24.4 million operating loss contribution, primarily driven by a $22.3 million unrealized fair value loss as the price of XAUt fell from $4,667 at quarter start to $3,996 at quarter end (though recovering past $4,300 by August 18).
As of June 30, Aurelion held $134.7 million in digital assets and cash (including 33,318 units of XAUt and XAUE) against $42.8 million of debt, yielding a net asset value of $91.9 million. Antalpha holds a 42% economic interest in Aurelion, representing approximately $29 million in attributable net asset value.
Nina Web3 AI Agent Initiative Ramping Engagement
Antalpha advanced Nina, its proprietary agentic AI project designed to assist Web3 users in discovering information, analyzing trends, and navigating decentralized protocols. Product availability was expanded via public releases on iOS and Android. Nina accumulated several thousand registered users, with a majority completing at least one core product interaction. Current management focus centers on user experience, retention, and validating commercialization potential rather than near-term monetization.
