Inve US ▾

Earnings guidance tracker: delivered, missed or revised Years of earnings calls and financials, explained in minutes.

Every target US management gave shareholders, followed to the quarter it came due: delivered, missed, revised, or quietly dropped. Fiscal dates and the measurement basis stay attached to every comparison.

How to read this

Verdicts describe what was said, not what to do

  • Verdicts reflect the calls Inve analysed.A company may have said more elsewhere; each row shows the calls it is based on.
  • “Delayed” is a change of date.It records that a later call moved the deadline. It is not an outcome and not a judgement on the company.
  • Silence is not withdrawal. In the US, silence before a target is due does not mark it “went quiet”; later treatment also depends on earlier updates and transcript coverage. For Indian targets, the comparison instructions reserve “went quiet” for deadlines near or past.
  • Original and latest wording.Read the original wording beside the latest analysed call's statement in separate columns.
