What Black Rose Indus does

Black Rose Industries runs two linked businesses: chemical distribution, importing and distributing speciality chemicals such as resorcinol, isophthalic acid, ethanolamines and meta cresol sourced from long-standing manufacturer partners in Japan, Germany and Thailand, plus merchant exports; and chemical manufacturing, producing acrylamide liquid, acrylamide solid, polyacrylamide liquid and N-methylol acrylamide (NMA) at its Jhagadia, Gujarat facility, originally set up with Mitsui Chemicals of Japan. Its products serve industries including paints and coatings, water and wastewater treatment, ceramics, construction, oil and gas, textiles, leather, paper and adhesives. A newer R&D centre in Navi Mumbai, developed with Japanese technical collaborators, is developing polyacrylamide solid and other downstream chemistries.
