Aeroflex Enterprises Limited (formerly Sat Industries Limited) is a diversified business incubator that owns and operates a cluster of manufacturing and services businesses alongside a large early-stage startup-investment book. Its core operating arms include Aeroflex Industries (flexible metal hoses, braided/unbraided hose assemblies and expansion bellows for industrial customers, with a newer line of skid assemblies for data-centre liquid-cooling), Aeroflex Neu (bulk packaging - FIBCs, PP woven bags and BOPP laminated bags) and Aeroflex Finance (an RBI-registered NBFC focused on MSME/SME lending). The group also runs Italica Global FZC, a UAE-based hub for global commerce, trading and foreign startup investments, and separately holds a portfolio of 168 early-stage startup investments spread across 35+ sectors. In April 2026 the company exited its air-compressor aftermarket-services business, M.R. Organisation, selling its 68% stake to Ingersoll-Rand Industrial US, Inc.
