What Arshiya Limited does

Arshiya Limited builds and operates integrated supply-chain and logistics infrastructure in India, centered on two Free Trade Warehousing Zones (FTWZs) — bonded, duty-deferred warehousing complexes for import/export cargo — located near Mumbai (West India) and near Delhi (North India). It also runs private container-train operations (among the largest Private Container Train Operators in India) using its own rail rolling stock, alongside an Inland Container Depot (ICD), a rail terminal, and domestic warehousing and transport/handling services linked to major ports such as JNPT, Mundra and Pipavav. Per its FY2024-25 annual report, Arshiya Limited (and its guarantor exposure to subsidiary Arshiya Northern FTWZ Limited) is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP).
