What Atul Auto does
Atul Auto Limited designs, manufactures and sells three-wheeled vehicles (cargo and passenger autorickshaws) across diesel, petrol, CNG, LPG and electric fuel platforms, targeting fleet operators, small businesses and self-employed individuals. It earns through a dealer/distributor network in India and exports to countries across Latin America, Africa, Europe and Asia, and also sells spares/oil through an aftermarket business. Electric three-wheelers are developed through its subsidiary Atul Greentech Private Limited (AGPL), which focuses on the L5 category EV segment and EV components such as battery packs and battery management systems, while vehicle financing for customers is supported by its wholly-owned NBFC subsidiary Khushbu Auto Finance Limited (KAFL).
