It works as a main contractor executing turnkey construction for private developers, corporates and public-sector clients, supported by in-house mechanical-electrical-plumbing (MEP) execution, an ERP-driven project management system, and drone-based site monitoring. Founded in 1989 by the Kashyap family, BLK operates out of offices in the National Capital Region (NCR) and Bengaluru, with an order book spread across multiple Indian states. It has delivered landmark projects for clients including DLF, Embassy, Flipkart, Toyota Kirloskar, Hero MotoCorp and Indian Railways.
