What Garuda Cons does
Garuda Construction and Engineering Limited (GCEL) is a Mumbai-headquartered EPC contractor providing end-to-end civil construction services -- design, engineering, construction, MEP, finishing and operations & maintenance -- for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional clients. Incorporated in 2010, it began by executing in-house, promoter-led projects such as the Golden Chariot hotels before expanding into independent third-party government and private contracts, including the Delhi Police Headquarters. The company runs an asset-light model, subcontracting equipment, materials and labour rather than owning construction machinery, and has executed projects across Maharashtra, Delhi, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Arunachal Pradesh.
