What Garuda Cons does

Garuda Construction and Engineering Limited (GCEL) is a Mumbai-headquartered EPC contractor providing end-to-end civil construction services -- design, engineering, construction, MEP, finishing and operations & maintenance -- for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional clients. Incorporated in 2010, it began by executing in-house, promoter-led projects such as the Golden Chariot hotels before expanding into independent third-party government and private contracts, including the Delhi Police Headquarters. The company runs an asset-light model, subcontracting equipment, materials and labour rather than owning construction machinery, and has executed projects across Maharashtra, Delhi, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Arunachal Pradesh. It listed on the NSE and BSE in January 2025.
