DocMode operates a set of platforms for healthcare professionals (HCPs): DocMode LERN delivers certification programs, hybrid/blended CME courses, conferences and speaker events; DocMode SURE is a network of registered HCPs used for market research and real-world/post-marketing clinical studies; and DocMode CARE offers practice-enhancement tools including an AI-based Clinical Decision Support System and a clinical nutrition-management tool. DocMode KNOW provides medico-marketing content and CRM services to pharma and medical-marketing organizations, and DocMode SHOP (formerly STORE) is an online store selling books, journals, articles, event passes and memberships to HCPs. The company has also expanded into contract research, running a CDSCO-approved Ethics Committee and Contract Research Organization (CRO) offering Phase I-IV clinical trial management, post-marketing surveillance and Electronic Data Capturing (EDC) systems, plus CRAMS (Contract Research and Manufacturing Services) covering analytical testing, bioequivalence and stability studies for pharmaceutical R&D.
