It earns through two segments: Consultancy & Engineering (design, FEED, PMC, technology licensing, owner's engineer services) and Turnkey Projects (lump-sum turnkey construction and commissioning). Beyond hydrocarbons, it has diversified into fertilizers, strategic crude storage, ports, water and waste-water management, coal gasification, mining & metallurgy, and emerging clean-energy areas like green hydrogen, biofuels and renewables, both in India and overseas.
