Brainbees Solutions (FirstCry) sells baby, kids' and maternity products through its own website, mobile app, and a network of FirstCry/BabyHug modern stores across India, earning through online GMV plus company-owned and franchise store sales. It also operates an international online retail business in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, owns Globalbees, a house of D2C consumer brands built through acquisitions and organic scaling, and runs a preschool network (FirstCry Intelli Education) plus a small diaper-manufacturing operation through subsidiaries. Revenue is earned via product sales/commissions across these online, offline, international and brand-portfolio channels, supported by home-brand private labels and a dedicated warehouse and third-party logistics network.
