Its majority-owned subsidiary, Mahi Drugs Private Limited, runs a separate API-intermediates plant at Parawada, Visakhapatnam. Products are exported to customers across markets including China, Indonesia, USA, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain and Brazil. The company was renamed from SMS Lifesciences India Limited to Haleos Labs Limited in 2025, with its underlying API/intermediates business unchanged.
