What HLV does

HLV Limited (formerly Hotel Leelaventure Limited) owns and operates The Leela Mumbai, a five-star deluxe hotel near the city's airports and the Bandra Kurla Complex, earning from room stays, in-house restaurants/bars, banqueting and spa services. The company previously built and ran a pan-India chain of Leela Palaces and Resorts (Goa, Bengaluru, Udaipur, New Delhi, Chennai, Gurgaon, Kovalam), most of which were divested to Brookfield (BSREP III India Ballet Pte. Ltd.) in a hotel-undertakings sale, leaving The Leela Mumbai as its principal operating asset. It also runs three captive windmills in Maharashtra to supply renewable power to the hotel.
