What Indiabulls Enter does
Indiabulls Enterprises Limited is the listed parent of a small group of operating subsidiaries rather than a direct manufacturer or service operator itself. Its material subsidiary, Indiabulls Rural Finance Private Limited, is an NBFC engaged in rural lending, while Indiabulls Pharmacare Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary. Under a Board-approved Scheme of Arrangement, the company is being amalgamated into Yaari Digital Integrated Services Limited, and the real-estate undertaking of group entity India Land Hotels Mumbai Private Limited is being demerged into Indiabulls Pharmacare Limited, which will then become a subsidiary of Yaari.
