What Interise Trust does
IndInfravit Trust is an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) registered with SEBI that owns and operates toll-road infrastructure assets. Its portfolio comprises one holding company and thirteen operating toll-road project SPVs spanning national and state highways in Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh and Telangana, of which eleven are NHAI projects and two are state projects. The Trust earns toll revenue as these roads are operated and maintained under concession agreements granted by NHAI or the respective state authorities. The Trust was set up by sponsor L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited (L&T IDPL) and is managed by LTIDPL IndvIT Services Limited as Investment Manager, with IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited as trustee.
