KMC Speciality Hospitals (India) Limited operates a 450-bed multi-specialty hospital in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, comprising a legacy 250-bed block and a newer 200-bed "Maa Kauvery" block focused on mother-and-child care that became operational in January 2024. It earns revenue from in-patient and out-patient tertiary care across specialties including mother & child care, neurosciences, gastro sciences, orthopedics, plastic surgery, critical care, and organ transplants (liver and bone marrow). The hospital draws patients from a catchment extending over 200 kilometers across Tiruchirapalli and neighbouring districts of Tamil Nadu. It is a 75%-owned listed subsidiary of Sri Kauvery Medical Care (India) Limited, which operates a wider network of 12 multi-specialty hospitals across Chennai, Trichy, Salem, Hosur and Tirunelveli in Tamil Nadu and Bengaluru in Karnataka.
