Its principal customer is LMW Limited (formerly Lakshmi Machine Works Limited), a capital-machinery/OEM group company, for which it manufactures control panels and plastics parts and also performs job-work on an arm's-length basis; it similarly supplies control panel components and electrical spares to Lakshmi Precision Technologies Limited. The Company also operates a windmill for captive power consumption at its plant, in place since August 2016.
