In August 2025 the group added two more wholly owned subsidiaries via share-swap acquisitions, Dr Shankarrao Chavan Jaggery and Agro Product Private Limited and V.P.K. Agro Food Product Private Limited, both engaged in jaggery/agro-food production. The company is also setting up a greenfield facility in Nanded to manufacture ethanol and to generate and bottle Bio-CNG and fertilizer. The promoter family (the Kawale family) has a background in sugarcane farming.
