What NDR INVIT Trust does

NDR InvIT Trust is an Infrastructure Investment Trust, sponsored by N D R Ware Housing Private Limited, that owns and leases a portfolio of warehouses and industrial parks to logistics, e-commerce, auto, FMCG, retail and other manufacturing/consumption-hub tenants across India. It earns rental income under Built-to-Suit and lease arrangements, with the underlying assets held through a group of special-purpose vehicles (SPVs). The Trust is managed by NDR InvIT Managers Private Limited as Investment Manager and NDR Asset Management Private Limited as Project Manager, and its sponsor group has multi-generational experience in warehousing, bonded warehousing, container freight stations and 3PL. Beyond its operating portfolio, the sponsor has granted the Trust a Right of First Offer (ROFO) over a further pipeline of warehousing assets across additional Indian cities.
