What Nesco Limited does

Nesco is a Mumbai-based diversified conglomerate anchored at its Nesco Center campus in Goregaon, earning largely from long-tenure commercial leasing and venue rentals. Its Realty arm leases two IT/ITES office towers to global tenants, while its Exhibitions and Events businesses operate the Bombay Exhibition Center and host trade shows, concerts and festivals on the same campus; Hospitality (Nesco Foods) runs catering, restaurants and a central kitchen serving these venues. Separately, its Engineering division, Indabrator, manufactures shot-blasting and surface-preparation equipment from two plants in Gujarat, and a new Wayside Amenities vertical is developing fuel and non-fuel service stops along national expressways.
