What Nephro Care does
Nephro Care India, founded in 2014 by Dr. Pratim Sengupta in Kolkata, specialises exclusively in kidney-related healthcare, delivered through an integrated hub-and-spoke network of clinics plus its flagship Vivacity Multispecialty Hospital in Madhyamgram, Kolkata. It earns from outpatient (OPD) consultations and treatment, inpatient (IPD) hospital care, and sale of medicines through its own pharmacy. The company has since added cardiology, medical oncology, gastroenterology, gynaecology and a dedicated Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery (CTVS) unit, and has government permission to begin kidney transplant operations at Vivacity Hospital.
