Neueon Corporation Limited (formerly Neueon Towers Limited) completed the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under a resolution plan approved by the NCLT, with a consortium led by PRECA Solutions India Private Limited, acting through SPV PRECA Structures Private Limited, installed as the new promoter. The company has amended its Memorandum of Association to permit new business lines including EPC and civil-engineering/infrastructure contracting, data-centre and managed-IT-services infrastructure, out-of-home and digital advertising/media, blockchain-based platforms, interior design and decoration, and Advanced Air Mobility (eVTOL aircraft). It is also disposing of a fixed asset comprising land and a building at IDA Bollaram, Sangareddy district, Telangana.
