What Nitco Limited does

NITCO designs, manufactures and retails tiles, marble and mosaic surfaces for architects, builders and homeowners, sourcing marble directly from quarries in 25+ countries and processing it at its automated Breton marble plant in Silvassa. It sells through a pan-India network of dealers, franchise stores and Le Studio experience centres, and also exports to global markets. Alongside this legacy surfaces business, NITCO runs an emerging real estate arm that monetises a large land bank across Maharashtra and Goa through joint development agreements and plot sales with partners such as Total Environment.
