What Patel Engineering Limited does

Patel Engineering is a heavy civil engineering and EPC contractor that designs and builds dams, tunnels, hydro power stations, irrigation canals, roads and urban infrastructure for government and PSU clients across India and Nepal. It earns by executing large, multi-year construction contracts (own-build EPC as well as a BOOT hydro power concession in Arunachal Pradesh) awarded by central and state government departments, PSUs and international clients. The company has technology-intensive capabilities in tunneling (including NATM and TBM methods) and hydro power/dam construction, and is currently executing several marquee hydro projects such as Subansiri, Kiru, Kwar and Parnai.
