What Peninsula Land Limited does

Peninsula Land Limited is the real estate development arm of the Ashok Piramal Group. It develops, builds and sells its own residential and commercial projects (e.g. AddressOne, Ashok Vann, Ashok Vistas, Celestia Spaces, Peninsula Centre) and also undertakes development-management/redevelopment projects for third-party landowners (e.g. Salsette 27 in Mumbai). In FY25 it set up a Rs.765 crore joint-venture real estate platform with strategic investors, where Peninsula acts as exclusive development manager for plotted-development and redevelopment projects in MMR, Alibaug, Karjat and Pune.
