Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India Limited (SCHIL) is a fast-moving consumer healthcare (FMCH) company selling over-the-counter, self-care brands across allergy relief, pain management, vitamins/minerals/supplements and digestive health. It earns by selling these branded medicines and supplements through pharmacies, hospitals, modern trade and e-commerce channels, and also exports select brands. The company was demerged from Sanofi India's consumer healthcare business (completed 2024) and is majority owned by Opella Healthcare Participations B.V., following CD&R Group's acquisition of controlling stake in the global Opella business.
