What Suven Life Sciences Limited does

Suven Life Sciences discovers and develops New Chemical Entities (NCEs) targeting Central Nervous System (CNS) disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia, depression, narcolepsy and cognitive disorders. It does not manufacture or sell any approved drug; instead it earns through out-licensing, partnership/collaboration deals and eventual commercialisation of its pipeline molecules once they clear clinical trials. Its wholly-owned US subsidiary, Suven Neurosciences Inc. (Delaware), runs the clinical development and commercialisation of its NCE molecules in the United States. The company was formed via the 2020 demerger that hived off its earlier CRAMS (contract research and manufacturing) business into a separate listed entity, leaving Suven to focus solely on CNS drug discovery and development.
