It earns revenue by selling APIs to formulators and pharma companies and by selling branded/generic veterinary formulations (injectables, oral solutions/suspensions, powders, premixes and other dosage forms) to distributors, veterinarians and farmers, with manufacturing spread across India, Europe (Spain), Turkey and Brazil. Sales are split between regulated markets (Europe) and emerging markets (Latin America, India and rest of world). The company is in the process of a strategic merger with Viyash Life Sciences to build a combined, end-to-end animal health platform.
