Usha Financial Services Ltd (UFSL) is a non-deposit-taking Non-Banking Finance Company registered with the RBI, incorporated in 1995. It extends credit to other NBFCs and corporates to support their on-lending and liquidity needs, and provides working-capital and expansion credit to MSMEs and small entrepreneurs, including dedicated schemes for women-led enterprises. It also finances green mobility and electric-vehicle purchases. In FY25 it added Loan Against Property and Project Inventory Funding to its product suite, reaching borrowers through its own branches and on-lending partner NBFCs.
