What Windsor Machines Limited does
Windsor Machines manufactures capital equipment across three core divisions - CNC machine tools, plastic injection moulding machines, and pipe/blown-film extrusion lines - serving industries such as aerospace, defence, automotive, packaging, construction and agriculture. It earns by designing, manufacturing and selling this machinery (plus spares and services) from a single integrated plant at Rajkot, Gujarat, into which it consolidated four legacy manufacturing locations. In FY25-26 it acquired CNC manufacturer Global CNC and precision work-holding specialist Unitech Workholding Systems, extending its offering from finished machines into machine tools and tooling. Its machines are installed with customers in more than 65 countries.
