What BN Holdings does

BN Agrochem Limited (formerly BN Holdings Limited), incorporated in 1991 and listed on the BSE, is a Mumbai-headquartered holding company that acquires and consolidates interests in businesses manufacturing and trading edible oils, oil seeds, solvent-extracted oil, extracted oil cakes and refined oil, with edible-oil and agri-products trading as its principal revenue-driving segment. It operates through two wholly-owned overseas subsidiaries, BN Holdings Singapore Pte Limited and BN Holdings Europe Limited, the latter having its own step-down subsidiary in Liberia, and is in the process of merging in three group entities to build an integrated agro-commodity platform. The company has also begun diversifying into renewable energy (solar and wind power systems) and technology services (software development, systems integration and IT-enabled services). It is promoted by the BN Group and, as of FY2024-25, had yet to commence full-scale commercial operations in its core businesses.
