Balgopal Commercial Limited, incorporated in 1982, is mainly engaged in trading activities and in investing and acquiring or otherwise dealing in derivatives, shares, debentures, bonds, obligations and securities issued or guaranteed by the Government, states or other Dominions in India or elsewhere. During FY25 the company expanded into construction and real estate activities, carried out through its subsidiary Esquire Real Estate & Bio-Infocom Pvt Ltd. Post year-end, the Board approved acquiring four more companies (Dreamax Buildtech, Dreamax Infrastructure, Dreamax Spaces and Dreamax Nirman, all Private Limited) as wholly owned subsidiaries to grow this real estate/construction vertical.
