Its wholly-owned subsidiary, TAAL Tech India Private Limited, was described in the FY25 annual report as the company's largest operating subsidiary; under a Scheme of Amalgamation sanctioned by the NCLT, Bengaluru Bench (order dated 21 May 2025, effective 27 June 2025), TAAL Tech India Private Limited was merged into TAAL Enterprises Limited, so that the business previously carried on by that subsidiary now continues directly under the parent. As of 31 March 2025, the company also had three indirect subsidiaries.
