Asian Hotels (West) Limited's standalone asset is Hotel Hyatt Regency in Mumbai, but hotel operations there were suspended in June 2021 after a lender bank withheld funding, leading to insolvency proceedings (CIRP); the company's own hotel operations had still not resumed as of FY26. Through its material subsidiary Aria Hotels and Consultancy Services Private Limited (ARIA), the group also owns a 523-room 5-star deluxe hotel operating under the J.W. Marriott brand at New Delhi Aerocity, which houses branded food & beverage outlets and a spa.
