Anant Raj Limited is a Delhi-NCR-focused real estate developer with a five-decade legacy, building residential townships, luxury and affordable housing, commercial buildings, IT parks, malls and hotels, largely on a low-cost freehold land bank it has held for years. It earns from selling residential units and leasing out commercial, retail and hospitality assets. In recent years it has diversified through wholly-owned subsidiary Anant Raj Cloud into data centre colocation and cloud services (branded Ashok Cloud), built on its existing technology-park land and empanelled with MeitY as a Sovereign Cloud Service Provider and with BSNL as a Data Centre Service Provider.
